Excellent experience from initial shopping to installation! We went to the Tri-Cities location to learn about Bullfrog. Anastasia and her team were a wealth of information but zero “pressure” to purchase. They provided all of the information we needed to make a good decision in comparison to other products we had shopped and researched. We did the “test” run in the shop and they were extremely helpful. Everything was as explained, Anastasia kept us informed from order to delivery. The installers were professional, fast and left everything spotless. We could not be more pleased with the process and LOVE our spa. We did a lot of research and shopping prior to purchase, and I highly recommend Bullfrog of Tri-Cities!
