Bought a Hot Tub 6 months ago and it has been great. No problems with the hot tub and the ongoing service at the store is great. I stopped by earlier today (I love the Saturday store hours) and they tested my water quality and gave me more tips to help make it even easier to keep the water quality on target. They really do “hold your hand” when it comes to keeping the water quality on target.

Excellent experience from initial shopping to installation! We went to the Tri-Cities location to learn about Bullfrog. Anastasia and her team were a wealth of information but zero “pressure” to purchase. They provided all of the information we needed to make a good decision in comparison to other products we had shopped and researched. We did the “test” run in the shop and they were extremely helpful. Everything was as explained, Anastasia kept us informed from order to delivery. We researched for months hot tub companies and manufacturers. After deciding to look at 2 manufacturers we visited Bullfrog Spas of the Tri Cities. We were immediately greeted and shown all the available models. They were extremely patient in explaining everything to me and then a second time to my husband. After we tested the hot tub in the showroom we were sold. Bullfrog spas are superior in quality and features. The jet packs are amazing and very powerful. We have only had it a month but have used it several times. Our son is a football player and the lounger is great for his hamstrings and calf muscles.
